Welcome to Commander Access Controls and the use of your new Access Control System. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Commander Wave and the associated App. By purchasing, installing, or using our Product and App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Company: Commander Access Controls, LLC, the provider of the Product and App. User: Any person who purchases, installs, or interacts with the Product or App. Services: The features, functions, and content provided through our App or Product. Note, “services” does not refer to implementation services utilized by the end user customer for installation or support assistance.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App and Product.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App or Product.
Users may need to create an account to access certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that the installation and use of the Product comply with local laws and regulations. The Company is not liable for any improper or unauthorized use of the Product.
The use of the Commander App requires monthly payments based on the fee schedule provided at installation that may be updated from time to time. Furthermore, if your data usage exceeds your plan limits, we have the right to increase your monthly fee. Certain features of the App or Product may require a subscription or one-time payment. All purchases are subject to our refund policy as reflected in the Product Warranty.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App or Product.
We may update the App and modify its functionality without prior notice.
Continued use of the App or Product after updates signifies your acceptance of these changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in courts of North Carolina.
